SYNOPSIS
The Story
She survived once. This time, someone intends to finish the job.
A man and woman are murdered on the side of a Swiss Alp, their deaths ruled a climbing accident. More than thirty years later, the sole survivor of an Arctic mission stumbles into a remote outpost half-frozen and barely alive.
She is Anja, a Swedish sharpshooter, the Arctic Fox, and the consequences of both events will draw her into a web of conspiracy, with assassinations, treachery, defections and romantic intrigue colliding in an action adventure in which she becomes both hunter and hunted.
A high-ranking Russian intelligence officer offers the West a treasure trove of secrets. Her price for defecting: the Fox must come and get her. The demand draws Anja back into a world she thought she had left behind, unaware that the woman she has been sent to extract is not what she seems.
Joined by a British SIS agent and a Norwegian officer, she must return to the place of her nightmares, where the forces that massacred her team are waiting.
But these are only the opening moves in a far more dangerous game. Old enemies are resurfacing. Loyalties are shifting. And somewhere within the highest levels of Western intelligence, a traitor is engineering a plot that could shatter NATO and change the balance of power.
The Hunt for the Arctic Fox is an international action-adventure spy thriller blending romance, mystery and suspense as one woman fights to clear her name and uncover a secret buried for more than three decades...
